Botanic Gardens

Tassy and I went to the Botanic Gardens yesterday with Moira and her two youngest girls, Roie and Saraid. Apart from Tassy being a little terror at times (not doing what she's told... grrrr!) we had a great time. Wandered around the bush paths for a while then had morning tea at the cafe. Afterwards we went down into the rainforest, a super short path but so lovely and cool down there! We must have seen about twenty big lizards, 30-50cm long. They were really cool. Tassy even spotted a duck with ducklings WAY off down the creek hiding under some branches. I have no idea how she spotted those! Poor little Saraid was really scared of the ducks that came up close to us. Mainly because Roie was a bit scared I think. Accident prone Tassy had another drama. She fell flat on her belly. She had a tiny cut on her hand but wailed for ages. Oh dear that girl is such a klutz! btw her graze and bruise from Monday are healing so quickly! Here are Tassy and Roie, and one Moira took of us.
This is my other layout from Tuesday. I got some Heidi Swapp frame kits from the US and this is the first time I've used one. Love this photo of Tassy. And I love this BLING!

Great picture of you and your little girl. Both of you are very photographic, I'm not. I have started a new blog, (I received some very nasty comments and I hadn't put any LOs on it). Anyway, the Botanic Gardens are beautiful, my family usually go there about once a month to work.
