Mum's purchases

Here's a pic of the vintage goodness mum picked up at Tharwa Antiques & Collectibles. Might be a bit hard to see so I'll tell you what you're looking at...

lots of embroidered doilies - some are torn or stained and she has crafty plans for those! Hopefully I'll be able to share the completed projects on my blog!
some pretty plates
spools of cotton
sheet music for crafting
a knitting pattern
buttons

Here's a close up of the knitting pattern.

Well I remembered this photo of my dad. Check it out! He's even standing the same as the boy on the pattern cover.

Lovely finds! The knitting pattern book cover is so cute, and I can't believe your Dad has a photo of himself in the same jumper! So sweet!

Hahaha! Love the pic of Dad and he's standing the same way as the boy on the pattern! Do u think Nanny told him to? Would she have knitted it? I thought the boy looked like Uncle Rod!
I'm Glad mum bought doilies cos she liked some when we were op shopping together and said she couldn't bring herself to cut them up! If they are already torn she wouldn't mind it :)
