And here is little Xander, born 6½ weeks early! He is awesome - he's small at 2.5kg (about 5½ pounds) but he's chubby, has good lungs and is doing fantastically!! He will have to stay in hospital for a month and visitors aren't allowed to touch him, so we won't visit them in Sydney until after he comes home.

Monday was an exciting day - while I was thinking and worrying about Alicia being in labour, Tassy decided to get her ears pierced! She was very brave and is sooooo excited about finally have pierced ears! I was so proud of her for being so brave even though she knew it was going to hurt.

Another wonderful memory recorded and so beautifully. I Love the pinks and lace and flower. Tassy is such a lucky girl to have these records kept of her life experiences. Doing Family History I often wonder what each ancestor was really like - most I don't even know what school they went to, yet Tassy's ancestors which have a wonderful record of her life. love you aaj
I'm so excited to meet Xander too! He's such a cutie in all the pics.
I'm so happy Tassy got her ears pierced! Do you think I convinced her? On the morning of our wedding I was telling her how I got my ears pierced for my 8th birthday and how Nanny and Poppy bought me my first pair of real earrings and how I still have them! I asked was she going to get hers pierced, at first she was like NO! Then after I had told her my story she was a little more for it! LOL!
