Charlotte's wedding

My baby sister Charlotte got married on the weekend! It was a beautiful wedding. I didn't take my camera but I've been collecting photos in the last 24 hours and now have lots! So, warning... major photo overload!!

My sisters and I were bridesmaids and we started the day very early at my sister Alicia's house, taking turns having hair and makeup done in the Glam Van. Here's Dad outside the Glam Van which really was very glamorous and the hair stylist and makeup artist were so lovely. I loved our hair especially.
Alicia's husband David kept us fed and watered all morning - Alicia and David are fabulous hosts! The hair stylist Susana finished all our hair earlier than expected so offered to style Tassy's hair. We were thrilled! I told her how I had planned doing Tassy's hair and she went with that but took it to another level and it looked absolutely beautiful. The make up artist put some eye shimmer, mascara and lip gloss on Tassy and she felt VERY special with her hair and makeup done by professionals! The eye makeup really made Tassy's eyes look amazing (her hair was done after this pic was taken). Here I am with my hair and makeup done. Finally we put on our beautiful dresses. My princess looked beautiful all dressed up with her hair and make up done. I made her dress and it matched our bridesmaids dresses beautifully.
The beautiful bride. Charlotte's dress was beautiful - encrusted with beads and bling. She absolutely loved it.

Aren't our flowers divine! I just loved them. Mum made the bridesmaids dresses and did a FANTASTIC job. Especially since the dress pattern was so complicated. We got so many lovely comments. When we went into the city for some location shots (there were 20 other wedding parties there at the same time - no exaggeration!!) a few people stopped us to tell us how beautiful our dresses were and they were the favourites. So mum was pretty stoked with that! I don't seem to have a great shot of the whole dress, but here's one of me walking down the aisle which shows it pretty well, although the colour in the above photo is more accurate.
Mum also made my niece Sienna's dress and her own outfit. She is so clever! There are some pics of their outfits below and some photos of the service. Shame I don't have a great photo of mum's outfit. The photo below is of mum reading the prayer she wrote. It was the most beautiful prayer about marriage.

Wow I've been working on this post for ages and I'm not even done yet! I'll be surprised if anyone makes it this far! Well I'll just post a couple more. First a few location shots in the city which Felicity snapped while the professional photographer was snapping...

And fiiiiiinally I'll finish with a few from the reception. With Will's brother and sisters...
Ceremoniously pouring tea for Will's family...
The bridesmaids making our speech...

Alicia has two months to go! You could barely tell she was pregnant in this dress, until she did this! The candy bar that Charlotte put together...The parents (all mixed up)...
and I think that about does it! Surely you stopped reading already didn't you?
