School Holidays

Our holidays are off to a good start. Tassy has been soooo lovely and we've been having fun hanging out together. All three of us saw Wall-e on the weekend, which we loved. It had a great story and message (it's more than a little depressing to think that the world could end up that way...). And it looked amazing - so realistic. Apart from scenes with humans! We went to the movies again today and saw Journey to the Centre of the Earth. Not in 3D tho - that would have been cool (Tassy loves Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3D). It was lots of fun - very entertaining. You just have to remember that it's not supposed to be a documentary, lol. It's all very far fetched but I love adventure/fantasy. Tassy loved it too. And gorgeous Brendan Fraser. No way is he about to turn 40!

I've been going thru older photos Tassy lately and found these ones of her eating an apple on the window sill. I still remember this day - sitting herself down there, nomming on an eNORmous apple while staring wistfully out the window. She is normally so loud and bubbly that my heart just melted watching her.
I used lots of scraps here - can you tell? lol
I'm really enjoying the holidays so far. One more day then I'm back to work for two days. Ah, tough week. I can never complain about a two day week. :)

Loved Wall.E too!! We all enjoyed it and can't wait til its released on dvd. Isn't he cute...eeeeeva! heehee.

Loved the message too. We had fun explaining it to Jorja...thankfully our other two understood....and they brought their popcorn boxes home to recycle into something crafty instead of just chucking it!!

I've never seen a movie do that to them!! LOL:)
