SM Vol 9 No 9

I thought I'd share my layouts in the current issue of Scrapbooking Memories.

I was a guest on the Creative Team this issue (they didn't mention that I'm a guest - I'm not permanent!) and had to get creative with a Thinga-ma-jig template. I used it to create a felt ampersand on this little accent. I love how it turned out! This one's actually a really old layout, lol.
I did these little projects using the Scrapabet and free paper. This is my baby sister Charlotte and me.
This little frame I made into a magnet and gave to mum for Christmas. This is my Grandma Grace. I love this photo of her.
And lastly this layout of Tassy. This is one of my favourite photos of her.
AND NOW I want to congratulate my beautiful and VERY talented friend Lea on being in the current issue of For Keeps! She is the person being "introduced" this month! Imagine my surprise when I was killing time on Thursday morning waiting for David Jones to open... I thought I'd browse some magazines in the newsagent's. I picked up For Keeps and opened up to THIS PAGE!
She didn't even tell me she was being published! Congratulations Lea!!! If you want to see more of Lea's gorgeous work check out her blog!

Gorgeous work in SM Yvette. Congratulations on the guest gig. I love the little ampersand too. What a great way of using the felt.

Oh it's times like these that I do miss my SM sub ... one of the few things I liked about it was seeing your LOs in print. The accent is gorgeous and I love your magnet too.
That's great about Lea!

Huge congrats to Lea too - she's a bit cheeky keeping that to herself lol!
