Scary Stuff

I have a job interview on Friday morning. So scary, cos I haven't had a job interview in at least 12 years! Wish me luck!

I'm getting that off my mind for a minute to share some stuff. :) I went to Lea's for a scrap/chat one night last week. She challenged me to just bring a photo and use all her stuff to create a layout. I thought that was a fantastic idea - I carried light that night! I couldn't bring myself to cut into any of her gorgeous papers, but lucky for me she had some gorgeous offcut strips which I used as is! She had even pre-sanded one for me, lol. Actually, I did cut into the new owl paper to get this little guy. He was too cute! I did 95% of the layout at Lea's and just finished it off at home. And I love it! Here tis...Now this next one is one of the layouts I did around the time my Grandpa was dying. It was mostly finished, just without the names. I have finally added them and it's now complete, yay (there ya go Moi - I had an unfinished layout too!!). I had this big jar of flowers that I'd totally gone off so I thought I'd use a heap of them on this layout, to try to use them up. Turns out that I don't like the layout. Serves me right for using a product I didn't like, lol. And I still have half a jar left!

Your layouts are great... It is amazing what you can create when you only have a limited number of resources... Sometimes too many options are a hinderance....

And I am sure those prima flowers breed... It doesn't matter how many you have you never seem to use them all....

Good luck with the job interview...

Cheers

Oh at least you only had one unfinished LO!!! LOL!!!
I actually quite like those Primas - I love those soft colours. I have about a half a jar myself, in the larger size I think. I think you've done a great job with them and I actually quite like that LO!!! I really like your other one too. Cute owl! And what a great challenge from Lea!
Best wishes for the interview - I just emailed you - call me if you want to discuss!
