Dave had to work over the long weekend, so we didnt do much. We went to the fireworks tho on Australia Day and they were great. Tassy had been SO disappointed about missing out on the NYE fireworks when it rained, and she was SO excited this time. She had a flag tattoo on her cheek and sat on Dave's shoulders waving her flag and shouting "Go Aussie!". We didn't even teach her that! There was an awesome jet fighter in the middle of the fireworks with a short trail of fire behind it. That was my highlight - it was unexpected and just awesome!
KSK has turned eight! Here is a layout I did for KSK about my eighth birthday. For this birthday I got my first sewing machine (a mini one handed down from Dad's cousin) and some rubber moulds for making plaster smurfs! Boy we loved making those.
