More Christmas cooking
Here are some super easy mini cupcakes I made recently for a kids street party and Tassy class party. Super easy cos I used a cake mix (shhhh... with my Kitchenaid... which seemed sacrilegious). I iced them with chocolate icing and sprinkled them with crushed candy canes. It's amazing how the peppermint really cuts through and makes them taste so Christmassy!

Oh they look gorgeous! Did you kitchenaid not say "ah, I don't think I'll be mixing up "packet" mix, thank you very much!" I reckon Betty Beaters might object! LOL! I used my stick mixer with the whisk attachment the other day, to make a packet "pudding" cos I thought Betty might object. LOL!

You are becoming kitchen snobs! I must say I still feel really guilty using packet cake mixes......why??? They are designed to help you out and be quick and easy. My friend Lorna uses them just as a basis and makes amazing things with them.
