Christmas Belles

We have had Mum here for the last three days. We only went out once so it was so nice to have some relaxing time at home. Time always seems to fly by tho. Dad was here the first night then he went south for work and picked up Mum on his way home today. We really got into the Christmas spirit while she was here. She was keen to do some Christmassy things with Tassy (she's the only grandchild). Ever since we bought the Gingerbread House kit last week she has been asking to put it together, so we started with that little beauty. Oh - we've dusted it with icing sugar since this photo, and it looks better. Then we put up the tree. I also bought Tassy a little tree a few weeks ago so she decorated it all herself. Mum had a lot of trouble resisting the urge to "fix" Tassy's decorating! Oh - I haven't taken any photos of either of them yet. And then we got a Santa photo taken together. Mum said she hasn't had a santa photo taken for about 40 years and I probably haven't had one taken for about 25 years. It was fun and surprisingly not at all embarrassing! Do you like Tassy's reindeer pose? She's such a character. And Santa was so lovely too.No layouts to share this post. I've been working on samples for Kim Archer's Christmas Extravaganza class next week. If you're doing the classes you will be SO stoked with the projects. So many projects, lots of the quickies, and they are SO gorgeous! You'll love it!
