Goodbye winter

I don't mind winter. Wearing snuggly clothes. Heating up the electric blanket. Being all warm in our lovely home on a sunny winter's day. Seeing the bulbs shoot (my daffodils and jonquils are in flower now!). But spring is my favourite. I love seeing new leaves appear on bare trees. I love the spring bulbs and going to Floriade. Really this winter has been so mild it has felt a lot like spring! I didn't see any snow on the mountains at all this year. I'm disappointed cos I was hoping to take Tassy up to Corin Forest to see snow for the first time. Last year we just didn't get to go and this year there's no snow!

Here are some photos I got today. They were taken by one of those travelling studios that go to the shopping centres. They are cute and they capture Tassy's personality. I was amazed by how many people bought the entire package for $500 or the smaller package for $300. I only bought one photo for $70, plus I got the two I paid for at the time of the session for a bargain $7 and $10. I'm a bit disappointed they chopped off her foot in the last one! Here they are.

And yes pity about that foot, it is such a gorgeous photo. Can't wait to see what you do with these :)
